Structure of the Business

Great Prospects care is a Kent approved health and social care provider. We offer support to clients in their own homes who have varied needs and limitations to enable them to achieve their full potential.

Policies

As part of our commitment to combating modern slavery and human trafficking, we have implemented a modern slavery and human trafficking policy.

We also make sure other stalked holders we work in partnership with, are aware of our policy, and have their own policies in place, and we are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our dealings and relationships.

Due diligence

To reduce and monitor the risk of slavery and human trafficking within our business entity, we have processes and procedures in place designed to establish areas of potential risk in our business and supply chain, monitor potential risk areas in our business and service provision and reduce the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our business and supply chain.

Whistle-blowers

We have whistleblowing policies and procedures in place, we are committed to ensuring protection for all whistle-blowers in our business and supply chain. The whistle blowing policy will be used in relation to allegations of modern slavery and human trafficking within our business or service provision.

Risk and compliance

We regularly evaluate the risk of modern slavery occurring in our business entity

We follow a robust recruitment process that meets the required standards in line with regulations. All our staff are UK based which is low risk, we do not consider that we operate in high-risk sectors or locations.  Where we have identified a potential risk, it will be investigated, remediated, and mitigated through due diligence and in collaboration with other stalk holders. Great Prospects Care Limited will consider how fluctuations in demand and changes in the operating model may lead to new or increased risks of labour exploitation. As a responsible organisation, we implement the relevant local or national government policies and observe the same within the supply chain.

Key performance indicators

We will introduce key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure how successful we are in ensuring that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in any part of our business or supply chain. These are as follows:

  • Zero instances of breach of Modern Slavery Act.
